The Presidency of the Committee is organized as a Core Presidency and the Extended Presidency.

The Core Presidency consists of the President, Vice-President and the Committee Secretary, whereas there are to members in the Extended Presidency, in addition to the President, Vice-President and the Committee Secretary.

The President and Vice-President of the Committee, shall be appointed and dismissed by the Managing Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia from the List of Experts for a period of five years, and they may be re-elected.

The Presidency shall supervise the implementation of the Rulebook, monitor and review dispute resolution practices and perform other tasks stipulated by the Rulebook.

The Secretariat performs professional, administrative and organizational tasks for the needs of the Committee, including communication with the parties, submission of files and decisions, as well as coordination of proceedings conducted before the Committee.

The work of the Secretariat is performed by the Secretariat of Permanent Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.

The Committee Secretary is the Secretary of the Permanent Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia.

As a rule, disputes relating to the registration of national internet domain names are resolved by a single expert. Exceptionally, a dispute may be resolved by a Panel of Experts consisting of the President of the Panel and two members, if explicitly requested by the complainant in accordance with the Rulebook.

The Committee has a List of Experts determined by the Managing Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry upon the proposal of the Register of National Internet Domain of Serbia (RNIDS). The List of Experts, with information on their professional qualifications, is publicly available.
